Who killed STIB worker - has the media covered who the person was?

Yesterday, RTBF had a report mentioning A. Vanderelst as the 28 year old who had turned himself in to police stating that he gave one blow only to the supervisor. It was also suggested that it was an aggravated attack. Oddly, I can't find that report on their website any more....
