Where to take e-waste in central Brussels?

Hi! Where in central Brussels can you take old (and unusable) computers, toasters etc. for recycling? The only places that I found through the Bruxelles propreté site were very far from the centre and you need a car to get there. As it's a legal requirement to dispose of e-waste correctly, there must be a solution for those without cars (or that's what you'd think). Please help! Thanks.
