Good morning. Does anybody have any advice on where I could find some nice and half lengh Wellies in a fun and bright color and ideally comfortable to walk in as well? Oh and this is for adults and in Brussels.

Assuming you are female, HEMA has some really cute floral ones right now, and they aren't too expensive. Hurry and you can even buy a bag and luggage that match ;)
