What do you think of your internet provider?

It has been a couple weeks that my family's internet and phone (provided by BASE) have been failing constantly every few minutes. This has been happening to friends with the same provider too, so we are now looking to change providers and have turned our attention to the well-advertised provider VOO. We were wondering whether they have the same problem or if anybody knows any other provider with which they are happy?
