VOO

Question

Hi. Voo has been providin us with a service since last year when we purchased a new tv. It seemed to have arrived automatically when we bought th new tv and belgacom came last year to install various things on it. We certainly didnt ask for it as we have satellite and belgacom for all our needs.
When we got a bill, we ignored it, but it has arrived again with the price increased for the extra term.
I guess we cannot cancel it retrospectiely, although we never asked for it. My q is, do we have to send the belgian style 3 month notice
cancellation, to cancel legally.Thanks

Before paying anything I would send a registered letter to VOO contesting the sum, unless you have signed something that can be used as a valid contract between you and VOO, in which case cough up the money and check on their website how to terminate.
