Visa Card / Master card

Question

Is there any bank which can give a visa or master card for new workers?
I start working as selfemployed from few months and new in belgium my extrait de role is not established yet.

There are lots of cards available in the Belgian market, however, until you have some proof of earnings, and cash in your bank account, it's highly unlikely that any Belgian bank will issue you with a credit or debit card. If you absolutely need a visa or mastercard (to buy stuff on the internet, etc.) then at least initially your only real option is to get a pre-paid card. Look here:

Often your own personal bank would give you one.

Otherwise you can try to get one from credit companies like Buyway.be
