Urgently Looking for an exit survey (certified) expert

I am an expat landlord. Our Belgian tenants, after so much of fuss are leaving us soon. Apartment is near Montgomery

Although we did the entry survey ourselves, we probably both will be bringing our own experts each for exit survey as things are not going well with us.
We have the original entry survey done by us and a CD with photos

(1) Any recommendations for a moderate/proper expert who can do the exit survey or at least advice me, without showing favoritism to color , creed, local or expat?

(2) How much do they charge normally for an exit survey?

(3) Any experience asking them to come on a weekend, say, Saturday? Is the exit survey charge getting doubled in this case?

(4) Any pointer to telephone directory listing showing such certified property experts who are authorized to do entry/exit survey?
