Tree Surgeon

After the wild summer weather, we have a tree with several broken branches. The branches are hung up in the tree and need to be removed by a qualified tree surgeon. Our land lady, god bless her, when asked for a recommendation for a qualified professional for this job, screamed at us about it being our responsiblity. (That part I got before I asked if she knew of a qualified individual. As the tree remains her property after we leave, we mistaking thought she'd like to have a say on who works on the tree, not who pays for the job.) Sooo, does anyone have a recommendation for a qualified professional tree surgeon? Some one with a little bit of English or a working monitored professional email address would be a bonus.
