Titre cheques

Question

I just ordered(I think) some electronic titre cheques, but I am baffled by that the Sodexo site doesn't allow me to purchase the cheques directly on the site, but instead I have to do a bank transfer. Can somebody confirm this is really the case and since I expected that I could just press purchase and I would get a confirmation e-mail with my cheques, can somebody tell me when I can expect to see that Sodexo have seen that I've made the banktransfer and the cheques are available in my electronic purse

Also, when I get the electronic cheques how do I actually pay the cleaning person with this?

Thanks in advance for all answers

I buy paper titre cheques by bank transfer (you need to specify your registration no. in the structured communication field). Within ca. 2 days I get a notification by mail, and within 3 days thereafter, the cheques arrive by post. Hope this helps.

Hi B. Yes, it's a bit backward but you do have to do a bank transfer. You'll get an email confirmation once it's been processed and the cheques are in your account; in my experience it's taken anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of days.

You don't use the electronic cheques to pay the cleaner directly. When they've finished a job, they let their agency know; Sodexo sends you an email; you log in to your account and approve the job (under the "suivi des prestations" tab) and you're done.

Hope that helps.
