Tenancy agreement/contract

Question

Hello, I am preparing to rent my flat in Brussels out to a tenant. I've found the 'standard' contract template for a tenancy in the Brussels region on the PIM website. But, given that I'm anglophone and so is my tenant-to-be, and that the French in this contract is a bit legalese and hard for us both to fully understand (we understand most of it), I'm wondering if an English version exists (I can't find one on-line)? Would a contract written in English be legal in Belgium anyway?
Thanks.

A Brussels contract must be in French or Dutch. Without doubt there will be a translation of this contract into English, but you'll have to pay for it, unless someone on here with a translation sees it and is nice and sends you it for free.
