subsidies brussels region - windows / doors replacement

Question

I plan to install new windows / doors with greater security and insulation. Looked up the subsidies available, it seems commune (WSL) and also Brussels region give these - the latter seems to have 2 types (cumulable ?). Bureaucracy / documentation seems quite high. Anyone with experience of these subsidies and if is worth the hassle ? I could even do with some help in navigating through the process / forms. Thanks

I had new windows installed though not in Brussels region. The paperwork to claim the subsidy was supplied by the company that fitted the windows and it was then just a matter of submitting everything following on-line instructions.
I know that there are minor variations from region to region but the basics seem to be pretty standard - my son made a claim for his place which is not near mine and he found it equally simple.

As the message above indicates it is not really a problem and it is definitely worth claiming the subsidy. I had two apartments done in the Brussels region. The installer filled out all of the papers and I just had to submit them. Take a few photos before and after the work is done to support your claim. I used Abihome on both occasions. They were very helpful in getting all of the necessary papers together and I was very satisfied with the work. Get an estimate from them to compare with other estimates. They are on Chaussee d'Haecht.

The subsidies are something we really need, I think Not everybody is rich enough to change something in house. So, you can choose subsidies or follow that link to have no problems with money in future.
