Student Visa Processing time

Hello,
I applied for Belgian long term student visa in 2nd week of December 2017. Initially, there was nothing until January 23 2018. At this time immigration office started processing my application. Now it's been more than 2 months and it's still in process.
So my question is normally how long does it take to process this kind of visa?
