Sprouted Bread

I had never heard of this stuff in English.
Five seconds on a search engine brings up Ezekiel brood, Essene op Manna brood.

You can find it in most health food shops (including the one on the ground floor at Woluwe Shopping Centre), and at Rob (Bvd. de la Woluwe). Different types, some with raisins, ginger, etc. Unusual texture, but fat free, egg free, etc. Delicious!
