Spam calls to GSM/mobile phone

Not so much a question but a warning.

Please Note that there is currently a series of Spam GSM missed calls coming into all Belgian networks. Where you maybe contacted, as a missed call, from the number: +88213200017
Please do not call back this number or send a text as they can take all your GSM contacts.
Several warning are on various sites and you can list your name on this forum if you get this message:
