Has anyone used www.greensun.be to install solar panels for electricity or have any experience positive or negative of any other provider.

Not used them but if you are in the Brussels region or Vlaams Brabant, you could try Votaique. I don't think the owner would rip you off, he is thoroughly honest. Not sure if you can speak English but French or Dutch.
