Social security lawyer recommendation

Question

Can anyone recommend a social security lawyer with cross-border EU experience? Specifically France and Belgium are disagreeing about where we need to pay etc and it's been dragging on since July. We urgently would like to get this sorted so we can get a SIS card and all the rest. Lawyer in Belgium or France fine.

There are specific cross-border agreements between France and Belgium taken into account all those kind of issues.
For example for Belgian residents working in France or opposite.
Where are you resident? How far is it from the border? Is it not possible to find an expert there?
