Smurf car thief targets Limburg town

Police in Limburg province are trying to identify a serial car thief dressed as a Smurf.
The man was caught on CCTV at 4.00 on Tuesday morning breaking into a car in Bocholt, near the Dutch border.
He is suspected of stealing three vehicles in total, taking each one for a short drive before crashing and abandoning it.
