Setup of television

Can somebody recommend a person who can come and setup my television, decoder and dvd-recorder. I regularly get ads in my mailbox about tv repair but I haven't kept any of them. I need somebody to come and set up all channels on all three devices. In Brussels in the Schuman/Dailly area. Thank you.
