Question

Looking for a small used car, maximum 1400 cc. For 4000 to 4500 euros, would you buy a VW, Toyota or Honda, or get a Peugeot, Citroen or Opel that is "newer" and has a good deal less kilometres?

Probably neither. Would probably consider a Kia or Hyundai. Better value and longer warranties
