Searching for the Best Bank for Expats

Hello there! I just would like to ask for your opinion. I am planning to open a bank account here in Belgium for the first time. I am starting now to apply for a job and a bank account is one of their requirements. What is the best bank in Belgium for an expat like me? Looking forward for your replies. Thank you so much! :)

I did a quick check, a transfer left my ING account on 20 March and arrived in my Belfius account on 23 March. Ah, that's three days I here you say, it is but 21 and 22 March were a Saturday and Sunday respectively so the transfer did arrive on the next possible banking day.
