SCRI, how many associates ?

Hello, I wanted to create a SCRI (Société coopérative à responsabilité illimitée) and a belgian accountant had told me that we need to be 2 associates, now I read in the internet that we need to be three, or depending on the situation ? Could somebody provide with a clear indication on how many associates we need for this type of business ?
