school documents

Hello everyone

We are leaving Belgium and we were told that the documents which are relative to our kids school performance need to be certified by a local notaire, who could use an apostille stamp. ( This is requested by the Foreign Ministery in our destination country). Would you suggest us someone who could do this - a thorough knowledge of english is absolutely necessary. In the past I was advised to use the stamp of specialised translators who are authorised to use this stamp... Any advice would be much appreciated.
