Scarlet internet service

Hi, I´ve been cold called by an internet service called Scarlet, who offer twice the bandwidth at half the price of Belgacom, and first 3 months free.  They say they are a 'marque' of Belgacom, but in competition - dunno how that works. 

Has anyone had experience of Scarlet?  Is there a down side?
