Sabbatical
Hi,
Am working in my current company for last year and a half. I am planning to take a sabbatical for an year. What are the requirements that I need to fulfill? Would I get any compensation during this period?
Am planning to travel and wanted to know if it would be sufficient to have a PO box instead of an active postal address in Belgium.

Look at your employment contract. I'm pretty sure you will not have the option of a year long sabbatical after only 18 months, and I'm absolutely certain that you can't claim any money for it.
Last time I had that option, it was a minimum of 5 years service.
