Question

Hello,

I need to get an engagement ring sized. Is there anyone that has had a positive experience?
I am open to traveling in Belgium to get this done. Due to the sentimental nature, I would love to hear personal attestations before choosing a place.

Dinh Van are very good, they have shops on Grand Sablon and Woluwe shopping centre.
Bought wedding rings there.

Whether you are asking about learning the size of an existing ring or the size of a finger in order to buy a ring for it, any jeweller in the country who sells rings can do the job for you and it wil take 2 minutes.
In one case they will slide the ring down a tapered tube and read off the size where the ring stops; in the other they have a set of rings which are slipped on the finger until they find the correct size.
It is an absolutely standard, every day occurrence for a jeweller.
