Renting a place for a birhtday party
This is a beautiful spot in an unexpected location:
The "fermette 't Hoeveke" in Evere. It's a XVIIth century farm on the old Brussels to Cologne Roman highway. It's a beautiful spot, the buildings are charming, the outdoor area is large and lovely and the Borough of Evere restored it, equipped it with a kitchen and rents it out to people looking for a place to have an event. Despite its rural character it's very easy to get to with a tram very close by.
Here are some views of it from an old music blog: http://musique.arabe.over-blog.com/article-la-fermette-t-hoeveke-batie-e...
In Wezembeek, there is a hall to rent close to the castle. I cannot remember the name but you may try to ask around. Danish Church in Ixelles also rent their big room for birthdays and you can use the kitchen facilities also.
Sometimes, it becomes difficult to organise a party in a confined space, so I consider it easy to contact a tent rental service provider that can convert a big ground into the party venue by creating huge tent and marquees. I often click Tenthirecapetown.com to read their blog and get amazing party ideas that can be applied at the time of need.
