redundancy notice

I posted a question yesterday and got very useful information. I have a follow up question.

I have been given my 3-month notice (Belgian contract) starting 1 May. My employer says that I am only entitled to two 1/2 days off if it is a full working week (for example next week since there is one day that is holiday I am only entitled to 1/2 day off) - is this right?
