recommendations on companies

Any recommendations on companies where a man aged 52 could seek manufacturing or any other work that does not require the local languages. He has good computer skills and an engineering background but willing to consider anything that brings in income. Would it be feasible to get into driving trains or trams without local languages. English spoken but not Dutch or French.
