Question

I, as a hostmother from the Netherlands, search a good family for my au pair (from the Philippines). Our former au pair, who is now in Switserland also searches a nice family in Belgium.

I cannot help you with a family, but I would say your au-pairs would need to look up the conditions for au-pairs in Belgium, to check they can legally come here under au-pairs conditions, before searching for a family, if they haven't done so already.
