quiet study facilities

If this question has already been asked apologies in advance, due to distractions in my apartment i am looking for a place where i can study where there is no noise and that offer faciilities such as wifi, power sockets and spacious table, i would be bringing my laptop . I already tried the library in place de monnaie however their internet bandwidth is slow likely due to so many people connected.
