Proximus down.

Anyone know why the Proximus system went totally tits-up over Sat-Sun ?
I know they had an update scheduled but all re-routeing failed and their staff, whilst being apologetic had no idea of the problem, or even what services they offered.
I hear thousands of Doctors all over the country are far from happy that the Diverter system was non-operational.
