Proof of social security contributions

Question

I will be leaving Belgium to return to the UK in a few months. Does anyone know how I can get a certfificate from the Belgian authorities to state that I have paid full social security contributions whilst living here? I understand that I will need this in order to claim unemployment benefit in the UK. Many thanks
