Pirate hat

My daughter desperately wants a pirate hat and an eye patch for her birthday, but I have not managed to find these things in any of the toy stores I have visited. I would be very grateful for advice on where this could be found. I know they are in most toy stores for carneval, but they are apparently not stocked during the rest of the year...
