One in four Belgians would take less pay for a better job

More than one in four Belgians is willing to take a major pay cut in exchange for their dream job, according to a study by recruitment agency Robert Half, reports VTM Nieuws.

The study also reveals that one in three Belgians is not completely happy in their current job, and that work is not just about money: 27% would earn less if it meant they could enjoy their work more.
