Old office equipment (IT/Telecomms): recycle plant or for sale??

Question

My company is moving office in the coming months and we have quite some old IT equipment to recycle or sell including:
Monitors, keyboards, printer, scanner, server system, modem, telephony systems etc...
While we could deliver everything to a recycle yard in Forest, my boss wants to know if there are any companies that would pay for all this equipment for their parts...?
Would anyone have any ideas as I'm at a loss...

J

Don't eBay it. J clearly has no idea how the eBay of 2014 operates or he would not be sending you to bloody eBay! It WAS a simple and low cost way to get rid of your tat but it's not any more.
It's expensive and you can expect to have every tom dick and harry returning goods (at your expense!) because they just did not like what they received and for a full refund leaving you out the cost of listing and postage both ways.
Find a charitable organization to take it for nothing because in terms of time, stress, money, you are better off giving it away.

Have you considered contacting a charity to gift it rather than dumping it? Maybe serve the city or people to people can offer you some ideas

ebay.be/2ememain.be - just mention in the description that the item is non-refundable/non-returnable/non-nothing, available interval for visits/tests and the buyer should come and pick it up (or pay the delivery). and bid=buy. simple as that. it worked for me.

Dear Audrey,
I am interested in the old IT items. Is it possible to see the goods.
Yours sincerely,
