If you live in Flanders you need a local nurse from the 'Wit-Geel Kruis'; in Bxl or Wallonia it's the French equivalent of 'White-Yellow Cross'. They are a national organisation providing exactly this kind of service and, from memory of when my wife needed them, not at all expensive.

There used to be a service in Schaerbeek. Something with 'Soins' in the name but I could not remember. They come homes and do injections.
