Question

Are all notaires'/notary costs fixed? I know that applies for house purchase however for other activities ie setting up a company etc. do the costs vary from one Notaire to another?

Yes, this is fixed but it might be linked with the capitalisation. It cost us 850 for all the fees/notary costs to set up a business with initial capital of 18,000 EUR for a BVBA
