neurosurgeon - cervical disk replacement

Has anyone had spinal surgery - cervical disc replacement? I'm looking ofr a second opinion. And of course want the best neurosurgeon. Language is no problem. I have DKV, so I can go anywhere I want. Thanks for any advice, experience - positive or negative. Or alternative solutions (we are talking a about a pinched spinal cord, in two spots...)
