Need recommendation for a building architect

A small attic apartment is coming for force sale in the vicinity. The previous owner seems to have modified it (a Grenier into an apartment) long back without getting commune 'urbanisme' approval.

Being a force sale, It is foreseen that the new buyer has to regularise the building plan and may need to modify again to comply with 'urbanisme' requirements. I also heard the sale process for the same apartment got stopped a couple of year as top floor apartment did not comply with fire safety regulations as well.

I am looking for architect who has worked with woluwe-saint-pierre commune to visit the apartment and to advice me if is safe to bid for it and provide some cost estimate to make it comply with urbanisme requirements.

Could anybody recommend any building architect (who has worked with Woluwe saint pierre commune) ? If yes, contact details please?
