need help tp handle my tenant

Question

I am based in Asia for a momet and rented out my house in Braine-L'alleud through the agency. My tenant has not paid rent for 4 month by now, 2 registered letters came back as she doesn't to to the post office to pick it up and her mobile goes to voice mail when I try to call her. I have no choice , but to find a lawyer to help me to collect my rent and kick her out of the house. Agency is doing nothing... Anyone can recommend a reliable lawyer to represent me in Belgium or can give me any advise?

What does your contract with the agency say?

Actually she ws supposwd to pay to them, as they are responsible to collect payments and to manage the property, but I went to the agency when I was in Belgium in July and was told there is nothing they can do and they don't respond any of my e-mails. So I need a lawyer I believe
