Question

Dear All,

I am using low caller VOIP with my current Mobistar abonnment to make international calls. However, I tend to run a higher then normal bill as it is routed thru mobistar networks as a local call. Any suggestions on the most cost-effective mobile telephony package offered in Belgium? Thanks in advance.

VOIP is probably blocked by all the providers.  Some are listed in the wiki (http://wiki.apnchanger.org/Belgium) as definately being blocked.

If you're advanced enough, you could run a VPN tunnel over your Mobistar data connection and there would be no way for them to block it.  Then run your VOIP packets through that.  This can all be done on a smartphone.
