Hi everyone,

does any one know how much it costs to hire an au pair? Are there any agencies in Brussels?

The answer is ZERO other than any visa costs if a visa national, no need for an agency, use google.

I think you mean how much you pay an aupair?it s 9 euro per hour,the most common price..I am available if you are interested!

an aupair costs 450 EUR / month, plus insurance, food / accomod. / STIB monthly ticket / portion of language classes. Max. 20 H / week - 1 day freetime.

No more agencies involved if an EU national - web search for Aupairworld and you will find all info.

@ Denisa: sorry, an aupair is not paid per hour!
it's a live-in child keeper protected by a very restricted law for let them gain 'life in another family, country and learning the country's language'.

9/hour is what you would pay an illegal childminder. Does not include the fine.
