Massage from promocity and groupon

Question

How are the massage offers through Groupon and Promocity?

At a first look its looks very tempting, like they are giving really good offers to get new clients.

I haven't read the fine print though. Are there any signup costs or something?

It obviously depend on the place. If you know it, go for it! I use Groupon a lot, for places I know and/or are in a convenient location.
Groupon/Promocity membership is totally free. Only catch: be careful to book well on time before the deadline, especially haidresser and beauty treatments.
