Looking for people for new project ( Documentary)

My name is Yana.
I work for a communication agency ( Gonzales.be ) in Antwerp, Belgium.
For a new project we're still looking for interesting people from USA/Canada (a mother) and Dubai (a male expat) who reside in Belgium to talk about their (first) experiences with typical Belgian fruits and vegetables ( endive, chicory, leek, ... ).

It would be great if you would be interested in the project or bring me in contact with some people I can talk to.
In the end we want to make a two-minute mini docu/portrait.
You wil be compensated financially.
