I'm moving to Brussels in mid September looking for work in construction on the management side, Project management etc.. Any idea? I have been arranging interview with international companies for when I arrive and searching the web, Any more ideas or leads?

Its very simple- if you speak good french and dutch, have a degree in architecture or/and engineering, you will have no problem. If you are missing any of the above, you wont stand a chance. You can try the English or American embassy but they dont pay very good.
