I'm a Belgian student of 22 and I really need to improve my English speaking and pronunciation.
I live in Brussel, Belgium.

If you're looking for someone who can help in a casual way, then there are some programmes where people are looking to improve their French or Dutch. There will be many people who speak English looking to do that. Usually the services are free. www.patati.be
