Question
for the legal beagles..
If I send a package by UPS and it arrives tampered with and the contents STOLEN, am I:
a) liable to pay the bill for sending it ?
b) entitled to compensation if the package was not ensured ?
If anyone knows a human being at UPS, PLEASE let me know - I am encountering brick wall stuff, with juniors promising that 'responsables' will ring back, which of course they don't....
Thanks for any advice / info on similar experiences ?
