If you can wait till the spring go to Battinouw and see the kitchen companies and get a discount. If doing it yourself ikea are cheapest.
For buying tiles but not installing I'd recommend Tegel concept in Overijse super helpful and speak excellent English. Also if you have an older house the tiler or plumber should be able to get lower TVA but only if they buy stuff for you ad charge you less on the invoice, , but we found it cheaper for say taps to buy in Germany and ship because places like FACQ are so expensive.
