On the left bank of the Brussels-Charleroi canal, on quai de l'industrie, 1070 (between Delacroix metro and Triangle tram) there are several export car businesses which ship off write-off cars to Africa, I'm sure it's also a place where you could find spare parts for cars which are complete rejects.
