Where would you suggest to invest around 50k euros?
I was thinking of taking a mortgage, buying an apartment in Brussels, renovate and rent out but the registration taxes are just too high here (I already own one apartment so won't benefit from the exemption). Any other ideas (eg property in other countries like Spain? stocks? casino? :)
Thanks!!
Where ever you buy property there are fees involved in buying, maintaince and management fees. The uk used to ok but what with brexit and changes in the law it's not so profitable to buy investment property there. France I think is cheaper but again would you use it for holiday let's? Holiday home? Maybe speak to an investment expert to see if long term stocks would have a better return than the bank
Pay off your first mortgage , then buy another property with tax deduction mortgage to rent out;and sell aftre sosme years
investing in funds is quite costly , often 2 % entrance fee , 2 % tax and annual costs eat your profits.
I would recommend HyLife Investments.
They have a number of options and great team to help you understand them! I'm getting about 10% return per annum.
Check them out: https://hylifeinvest.com/
If you jokingly told the casino, I can recommend it https://getcasinoslots.com/ . A wide selection of games, attractive rates, juicy design.
there was a website https://thewealthier.com which used to discuss investing for those in uk and also europe mainland, but I think it was more on savings.
